Return Policy
At erideprossebikes.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@erideprossebikes.com. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, we encourage you to inspect it thoroughly. If you discover that your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and work promptly to resolve it to your satisfaction.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including custom products (such as personalized items or special orders) Additionally, we cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any concerns about the eligibility of your item for return, please contact us for clarification before initiating a return.
Exchanges
To expedite the process of receiving the item you desire, we recommend returning the unwanted item and placing a separate order for the new item. Once your return is approved and processed, you can proceed with a new purchase to ensure you get exactly what you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without needing to provide justification. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is required for processing.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed promptly to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Batteries: The warranty for the battery is subject to a gradual capacity reduction, which is considered normal, and it is not covered unless the capacity drops below 70% of its original capacity within the warranty period.
Consumables: Items that are expected to wear out over time, such as tires, brake pads, and suspension components, are not covered under this warranty.
Third-Party Accessories: Any third-party accessories or components not supplied by the Company are not covered by this warranty.
